After our initial phone conversation, we would schedule an appointment for me to come to your home and work with you to establish your food preference profile.  Working with this profile, I create a menu and submit it to you for your approval.

Next we schedule a cook date and I arrive with all the highest quality ingredients that I can find and I start preparing your meals.  I also bring all the necessary cooking equipment that I will need to use.  Your meals will be packaged, labeled with the item as well as reheating instructions.  The meals will be either refrigerated or put into the freezer depending on how quickly you plan on using them.  A copy of the menu is left for you as well as a clean kitchen and the aroma of freshly prepared food.

Dinner by Design also offers dinner parties, special occasion catering, as well as cooking classes.
